Julie Bolduc has practised criminal and penal law since 2008.
She represents persons accused of all types of penal and criminal offences both at trial or on appeal, including offences related to impaired driving, narcotics, assault, harassment, theft, obstruction, sexual offences, and criminal offences laid under provincial laws.
After completing her internship at Desjardins Bolduc in 2008, Julie Bolduc was a defence attorney at the Abitibi-Témiscamingue Community Legal Centre from 2009 to 2010.
She has solid court experience involving a variety of cases, including those heard by a judge and jury. With the issues involved in a criminal charge top of mind, she provides her clients with the best possible representation.
She practises in all judicial districts of Quebec and regularly pleads before various judicial bodies, including municipal courts, the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec and the Quebec Court of Appeal. In 2011, she represented the Association québécoise des avocats et avocates de la défense (Association of Defence Attorneys of Quebec) before the Supreme Court of Canada.
